Role Description The Behavior Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Fort Wayne, IN. This role involves assessing client needs, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based strategies to support behavioral change. The Behavior Consultant will conduct observations, collect and analyze data, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide coaching and training to caregivers and support staff. Responsibilities also include documenting progress, adjusting interventions as needed, ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards, and participating in case reviews and team meetings. The role requires clear communication with clients and families, as well as ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health. Qualifications Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement behavior support plans. Knowledge of Psychology principles and Behavior Modification techniques relevant to clinical and community settings. Experience or familiarity with Behavioral Health, including working with diverse populations and varying behavioral needs. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, Social Work, Education, or a related field; relevant certification (e.g., BCBA, BCaBA) preferred. Ability to collect, interpret, and present behavioral data, and to adjust interventions based on findings. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams. Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and commitment to ethical practice in behavioral health settings. Capacity to work on-site in Fort Wayne, IN, manage multiple cases, and maintain organized, accurate documentation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
