As a Residential Cleaner, you will maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of various residential properties, including standard homes, luxury homes, and apartments/condos. You will work independently or as part of a team, adapting to a flexible schedule based on client needs. This role involves delivering high-quality cleaning services using a combination of preferred cleaning products, with opportunities for career growth through regular training and advancement to supervisory positions.
Responsibilities
- Perform surface cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Sanitize bathrooms and clean kitchens thoroughly
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Adapt to flexible scheduling based on client requirements
- Utilize appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely
- Work independently or collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in residential cleaning
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient use of cleaning equipment
- Knowledge of health and safety practices
- Reliable and punctual
