Job Summary Charge IR Radiologic Technologist Advanced Modality – Day Shift 7a.m. – 4p.m., Monday through Friday. SaintLouis,MO. Responsibilities Prepare patients and equipment for advanced imaging procedures. Perform diagnostic imaging studies independently, including MRI, CT, IVR, and other advanced modalities. Oversee shift operations, including workflow, task assignments, lunch schedules, and adjustment of priorities to meet departmental needs. Enter and escalated IT and equipment tickets. Serve as the clinical resource and expert for technologists, assisting with difficult exams and providing mentorship. Act as liaison between technologists and supervisors, ensuring proper communication and escalation of matters. Maintain and order necessary supplies for the department. Assist in development and training of new employees and students. Qualifications Associate degree or higher in a related field (radiography, radiologic technology, etc.). 2 – 5 years of experience in advanced imaging modalities; no prior IR experience required. Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography (R.T.(R)). Proficiency with Siemens Bi-Plane equipment and EPIC preferred. Strong leadership and supervisory skills; experience serving as lead or charge technologist is advantageous. Licenses & Certifications: IEMA (Illinois) and other relevant certifications (MR, IR, TR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES) are preferred. Preferred Qualifications 5 – 10 years of experience in advanced imaging technologies. CPR certification.
