We're Hiring: Tier 1 IT Support Specialist (On-Site)
G6 Technologies is looking for a Tier 1 Support Specialist to join our on-site team and support our clients' day-to-day User support, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint needs.

What you'll do:
Triage and resolve Tier 1 help desk tickets
Support SharePoint site administration and troubleshooting
Assist users across M365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Handle basic Entra ID/Intune tasks (password resets, MFA, device enrollment)
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 when needed
What we're looking for:
3–5 years of help desk/desktop support experience
Working knowledge of M365 administration, especially SharePoint
Strong communication and customer service skills
Available to work on-site full-time
