As a Packaging Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are packaged efficiently and meet our quality standards. Responsibilities- Prepare and assemble packaging materials for various products.
- Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
- Label and seal packages accurately to ensure proper identification.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
