Summary Customer-facing sales role focused on styling clients, educating on fit and construction, and delivering personalized service. The Style Advisor participates in training, builds client relationships, and supports store operations and visual standards. Role requires flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Responsibilities Complete multi-layered training to develop product and styling expertise Present and educate customers on ready to wear and custom-made products Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics Build and maintain client relationships through personalized service Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed per visual guidelines Maintain store standards and operational procedures Support store leadership by performing assigned duties Requirements Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or service Genuine interest in fashion and styling Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based culture Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
