Senior Executive Director - Operations

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall strategic plan that aligns with the mission and objectives of hospice care services.
- Oversee financial stability and growth, with a strong emphasis on achieving EBITA targets.
- Enhance quality scores by implementing metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor, guide, and develop senior leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth.
- Lead a seasoned team, including senior-level titles, to deliver exceptional patient and family services.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices within the healthcare industry.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably in hospice care.
- Proven track record of successful strategic planning and execution.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing profitability and growth.
- Excellent leadership skills with noted experience motivating senior level leaders.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality metrics in healthcare.
