Forecasting, Senior Manager (Informatica)

Job Overview As Sr. Manager, Attrition Forecasting (Informatica), you will partner with Renewals Leadership to optimize retention forecasting, manage the weekly forecasting process, collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, and present forecasts to executive leadership. Responsibilities Orchestrate the weekly OU forecast process across Renewals. Drive forecast excellence, coordinate preparation and analytics for weekly OU forecast calls. Partner with the Analytics team to conduct ad‑hoc analyses across multiple data sets and tools to improve forecast accuracy. Evaluate ongoing OU business performance against targets. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales Strategy to develop a joint forecasting cadence. Create executive‑level presentations for local and global leadership reviews; support quarterly business reviews. Qualifications 7+ years of professional experience, ideally in Sales strategy or business operations roles. Background in forecasting, business analysis, and data visualization. Strong business acumen and stakeholder management. Working knowledge of Salesforce. Intermediate or better mastery of Snowflake/SQL and Excel/Google Sheets. Beginner or better mastery of Tableau. Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Skills Excellent presentation and executive engagement skills. Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to craft compelling stories for diverse audiences. Self‑starter with high motivation and ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Ability to translate complex information into easily consumable insights.
