Responsibilities Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in center-based or home-based settings (paid training provided). Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in individual or small group settings. Collect data to monitor progress of the children we support. Provide regular written and verbal progress on treatment goals. Adhere to policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards as set by the BlueSprig clinical team. Maintain appropriate social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices on and off the job. PPE and caregiver communication tools are provided, with small work-group exposure controls. Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and colleagues. Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to acquire further knowledge. Role Details Availability: All day availability Monday–Friday 11am–6pm Pay: Up to $22 per hour (based on experience) for billable hours as an RBT After completing training, but prior to RBT certification, you will receive pay for billable client hours and non-billable administrative time as applicable.
