This opportunity is ideal for a newer financial professional who has obtained the required industry licenses and is eager to build a long-term career in wealth management while working alongside experienced advisors. We are looking for someone who values teamwork, professionalism, and delivering exceptional client experiences. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build their own client book, or support an existing one. What You'll Do As an Associate Financial Advisor, you will work directly with the Advisor and support staff to help deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment solutions to clients. Responsibilities include Assisting advisors with client meeting preparation and follow-up Participating in financial plan development and investment reviews Building and maintaining client relationships Conducting client and prospect outreach Supporting business development and networking efforts Preparing account paperwork and ensuring timely processing Maintaining detailed client records and compliance standards Learning and growing toward increased advisory responsibilities Qualifications Required Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65 equivalent) Active Life, Health, and Variable Insurance Licenses (2-15) Bachelor's degree preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail Desire to build a long-term career in financial advising Preferred 0-3 years of experience in financial services Experience in banking, financial planning, investments, insurance, or client service Proficiency with CRM and financial planning software Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to learn What We Offer Direct mentorship from experienced financial advisors Hands-on exposure to financial planning and wealth management Established client base and team support Professional development and career advancement opportunities Competitive compensation package Opportunity to grow into a lead advisory role At Nardella Financial Group, we are committed to helping clients achieve their financial goals while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
