LOCATION: 1950 Rutgers University Blvd #101 Lakewood, NJ 08701 Responsibilities Safely operate a bus to transport passengers to and from designated locations Follow a predetermined route and schedule Ensure the bus is clean and well-maintained Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus Provide excellent customer service to students Maintain order and discipline among students Report any accidents, incidents, or mechanical issues to the appropriate department Follow all traffic laws and regulations Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous experience in school bus driving, or related fields is preferred Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Knowledge of basic mechanical principles for troubleshooting minor issues with the bus Strong customer service skills to interact with students of all ages and backgrounds Ability to manage student behavior and maintain a safe and orderly environment on the bus Must have positive attitude, good communication skills and be reliable.
