Compensation & Benefits * Earn $13.00–$17.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications * Opportunity for a performance and attendance-based pay increase after 90 days * Holiday pay * Weekend pay * Overtime opportunities * Additional shifts available * Paid caregiver training * Employee referral bonus program * Caregiver appreciation events and recognition programs * Flexible full-time and part-time schedules What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you'll help seniors continue living safely and comfortably in their own homes by: * Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility * Preparing meals and helping with feeding when needed * Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional encouragement * Completing light housekeeping and laundry * Running errands and assisting with shopping * Offering medication reminders * Promoting clients' independence, dignity, and overall well-being * Keeping accurate care notes and communicating with the office team What We're Looking For * Valid driver's license * Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance * Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check * Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Basic caregiving and household management skills * Availability to work at least 10 hours per week * Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift based on client needs * Previous caregiving, healthcare, home care, or CNA experience is helpful but not required—we'll train the right candidates A Great Opportunity For This position is an excellent fit for: * Professional caregivers * CNAs and HHAs * Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) * Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) * Nursing students * Retirees * Individuals seeking a meaningful second career * Anyone passionate about improving the lives of older adults About Senior Helpers Since 2002, Senior Helpers® has been a trusted provider of quality in-home senior care across the country.
