They evaluate the care provided by colleagues and coordinate patient care collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Upholding patient rights and confidentiality, they perform duties aligned with organizational mission, values, and standards. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a Medical Surgical unit. Manage patients with diverse diagnoses, including acute conditions and chronic diseases. Ensure effective communication and coordination across departments. Maintain patient rights, confidentiality, and adherence to safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (associate's, diploma, or BSN). Current RN licensure in the relevant state or compact licensure. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC) may be required based on unit needs. Ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs, and perform prolonged standing, walking, and physical movements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
