Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse (Level II NICU)
This is a 13-week contract position.
Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30)
We are seeking a skilled Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse for our Level II NICU. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional care to neonates and should be comfortable working night shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized nursing care for neonates in Level II NICU.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and manage respiratory support as needed.
- Assist in high-risk deliveries and support families during NICU stay.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans.
Required Experience / Certifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU nursing experience preferred.
- Travel nursing experience is preferred.
- Current certifications: BLS, NRP, and either NRP Advanced or STABLE.
- Experience with Epic charting system is required.
