Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations and provide skilled speech, language, and swallowing therapy to help patients regain their independence.
• Develop personalized treatment and discharge plans that adapt to each patient's unique goals.
• Meticulously document all services in compliance with regulations and facility standards, ensuring continuity of care.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
• Champion a safe environment by strictly following infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program (MS/MA)
• Active California SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY eligibility
• Strong communication and clinical problem-solving skills to excel in a fast-paced setting
• A passion for improving patients' quality of life
