Nurse Clinician - Multi-Specialty Care, Full-Time

Northwestern Memorial Hospital

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Nurse Clinician for a full-time, 40-hour week at a multi-specialty clinic. The role focuses on nursing assessments, interventions, and patient education within a multidisciplinary team. You will perform routine nursing duties, manage acute and ambulatory care needs, and participate in community education initiatives.
