Security Officer - Multisite - Full Time Primary Location: Denver, CO Wage: $20.47/HR (increases at 6‑month intervals) Job Summary Provide impeccable customer service and peace of mind to clients and guests across multiple sites. This full‑time position guarantees 40 hours per week and requires flexibility to cover multiple shifts at various locations. Key Responsibilities Conflict resolution and de‑escalation. Frequent interactions with client employees and guests. Follow post orders and complete assigned rounds. Support staffing during shortages, call‑offs, and holidays. Assist in start‑ups at new accounts, including site walk‑throughs, creating post orders/training checklists, and training new permanent officers. Work weekends and holidays with limited notice during “high‑need” periods. Patrol assigned sites on foot or in vehicles, checking for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, and unauthorized persons. Write detailed incident reports on unauthorized entries, suspicious activity, emergencies, and other observed issues. Perform other related tasks as assigned. Basic Requirements 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED. Above‑average computer/technology skills. Security, law‑enforcement, or military experience preferred. Excellent customer service and team‑leadership skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under stress. Strong attention to detail and vigilance throughout each shift. Rapid, effective judgment in emergencies with appropriate escalation. Willingness to complete pre‑employment screening, including drug screen and background investigation. CPR, AED, and first‑aid certifications are a plus. Physical and mental capability to perform required duties (seeing, hearing, speaking, writing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, lifting up to 25 lb, standing and walking for extended periods).
