Seasonal Guest Services Representative (Woodinville, WA) A seasonal, part‑time Guest Services Representative position is available at Chateau Ste. Michelle in Woodinville, WA. The role is hourly, eligible for tips, and typically runs from May through October, requiring availability in the evenings and on weekends to support the Summer Concert Series. Responsibilities include: Greet all arriving and departing guests warmly to create a positive first and last impression. Provide accurate information about the company and winery to visiting guests, including over the phone. Share precise details about our wine club and mailing lists while encouraging guests to sign up. Handle cash, credit, or check transactions for customers. Operate POS/registers to sell wine, merchandise, wine club memberships, and to collect wine tasting fees. Manage wine shop line and crowd control. Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure the appearance and cleanliness of the tasting room meet or exceed standards. Assist with all elements of winery and private event set up, execution, and breakdown as instructed by the tasting room management team. Support management with the effective, tactful, and professional enforcement of various winery policies regarding guest use of the facility. Carry out various opening, closing, and mid‑shift duties. Perform any other duties requested by the tasting room management team. Physical requirements: Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Stand and walk for extended periods of time. Position requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent. MAST 12 Class Permit and Food Handler's Permit required. Cash register experience preferred; proficiency in Point of Sales (POS) systems required. Customer service experience required (retail/hospitality preferred). Strong communication, customer service, sales skills and ability to prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment as part of a team. Must be flexible and available to work varied hours. History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies.
