You have a truly unmatched earning potential with an experience-based salary , commission , and bonuses . Here are the base salary ranges:

• Rookie: $65,000 - $85,000/year
• Pro: $85,000 - $105,000/year
• Legend: $105,000 - $130,000+/year

ROOFING REPAIR SALES REP QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of steep slope roofing experience
• Experience using CRMs, making presentations, and generating digital proposals
• Comfort working on roofs up to 10/12 pitch
• Ability to lift 80 lbs., climb onto rooftops, and work in attic spaces
• Valid driver's license

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As our Roofing Repair Sales Rep, your goal is to secure more business for our company. Running 15 appointments per week, your ultimate goals are to close appointments at 70%+, flip 10-20% of repairs to the replacement sales team, and bring in $1,000,000 in work annually. You also generate 20% of your leads.

You play a vital role in our journey by visiting customers' homes, assessing exterior damage or issues, identifying service options, and encouraging prospects to choose us for the job. As an expert on roof, siding, gutters, and attic insulation services, you build trust in your knowledge and make clients feel comfortable in your hands. You follow our defined sales process and use the pricing guide to generate cost estimates and secure client approval. You maintain detailed documentation, complete accurate inspection reports, and go the extra mile to smash your KPIs and sales goals!
