Pharmaceutical Inventory Coordinator Technician - 2nd Shift

We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Inventory Management Technician who will help ensure the safe handling of medicines that support research, healthcare providers, and patients. Responsibilities Receive, document, and store materials in accordance with GMP requirements Maintain inventory records and perform cycle counts Process drug returns and support sample management activities Restock supplies and remove expired materials Stage materials for production and provide cold-storage support Follow SOPs, complete documentation accurately, and report issues promptly Stay current on required safety and GMP training Qualifications High School Diploma and 5+ years of warehouse or inventory experience, or Associate's Degree and 3+ years of related experience Experience in a GMP-regulated environment preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures Work Environment Frequent standing and walking Lift up to 25 lbs Use manual and electric pallet jacks Occasional overtime as needed Additional Information The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm with overtime as needed.
