About the Role:
As a Dog Groomer at Scenthound, youll be responsible for providing grooming services in line with our unique care standards. We focus on simple, easy-to-maintain cuts that keep dogs looking and feeling great. Youll have the opportunity to work with a team of dog lovers in a positive and supportive environment, all while helping dogs stay healthy and happy.

What Youll Do:
- Groom to Scenthound Standards- Provide consistent, high-quality grooming services (puppy cuts, one-length all-over styles with neat faces).
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the safety of dogs and team members at all times.
- Collaborate with the Team: Communicate effectively with your team to keep the **Scenter** on schedule.
- Assist as Needed: Help other team members when needed to maintain smooth operations.
- Customer Service: Communicate with dog parents to ensure their needs are met and they leave happy.
- Sanitation & Cleanliness: Adhere to Scenthound's sanitary and cleaning practices to maintain a clean work environment.

What Were Looking For:
- Grooming Experience: At least one year of professional grooming experience or completion of grooming school.
- Dog Breed Knowledge: Familiarity with breed-specific grooming needs, care standards, and tools of the trade.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
- Team Player: You enjoy working with others and fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
- Detail-Oriented: You take pride in your work and maintain high grooming standards.
- Passion for Dogs: A love for dogs and their wellness is essential!

Requirements:
- Professional grooming experience (1+ year) or grooming school graduate.
- Reliable transportation and a willingness to work in a smoke-free environment.
- Enthusiasm for keeping dogs clean, happy, and healthy!
