Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing nightly operations : Process guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and address guest inquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Balancing the books : Reconcile daily transactions, prepare financial reports, and ensure accuracy in accounting records. Maintaining security : Monitor the property during overnight hours to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our guests. Providing exceptional service : Assist guests with any late-night needs, from answering questions to resolving issues promptly and effectively.
