Test Technician III - Sea-Bird Scientific

Test Technician III Sea-Bird Scientific, a Veralto company headquartered in Bellevue, Washington, seeks a Test Technician III to support production testing and validation activities. Key Responsibilities Perform quality pre‑checks on components and parts required to complete a job. Follow detailed instructions in drawings, schematics, bills of material, and internal procedures. Report work completed on a daily basis and perform quality checks on completed assemblies. Interpret test results, evaluate data independently, and assess issues. Apply problem‑solving and troubleshooting to develop solutions for instrumentation, test equipment, and integrated systems. Maintain a clean and organized work area and support best manufacturing practices. Assist in leading or supervising Kaizen events and provide hands‑on training to coworkers. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to Supervisors. Maintain documentation of quality, processes, equipment or material issues and communicate with relevant leaders. Work off‑shift as needed to support department delivery or maximize uptime. Essential Qualifications Minimum 2‑year technical degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 5 years of related work experience (preferred). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to read, interpret, and use engineering drawings and schematics. Ability to learn new computer software programs. Excellent electro‑mechanical skills, including troubleshooting. Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform precise procedures consistently.
