We are seeking a dedicated RN Nurse Supervisor to lead our day-shift clinical team at The Villa at Marymount, a renowned skilled nursing and assisted living community in Garfield Heights, Ohio. As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in promoting exceptional resident care, guiding staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership to our 7a–7p nursing team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services
• Support staff with assessments, care planning, and clinical decision-making, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and upholding resident rights and safety
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality outcomes and resident satisfaction
• Serve as a resource for residents, families, and staff throughout the day, providing guidance and support as needed
• Maintain accurate records and reports, utilizing your expertise to identify areas for improvement and drive positive change

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Ohio
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to foster teamwork and maintain a positive work culture
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing situations
