Key ResponsibilitiesIn your role as a Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs using both diagnostic tools and self-reported information, to inform your treatment approach.

Providing evidence-based behavioral health services through virtual platforms, including individual and group therapy tailored to each client’s specific needs.

Accurately documenting client interactions and treatment plans in our electronic health record (EHR) and practice management system, ensuring proper coordination of care.

Utilizing your cultural competence to deliver services that are respectful of, and tailored to, the diverse backgrounds of our clients, integrating their values and experiences into the therapy process.

Building and maintaining effective, empathetic relationships with clients, colleagues, and support staff to foster a nurturing therapeutic environment.

Creating detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports that reflect clients’ progress and inform future sessions.

Participating in crisis intervention efforts when needed, providing immediate emotional support and referrals to additional services or resources as required.

Engaging in continuous learning about advancements in mental health practices and applying this knowledge to improve treatment outcomes.
The clients you will serve include individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral health issues. Your role is pivotal in helping these clients navigate their unique challenges through effective therapeutic techniques and emotional support.
QualificationsCandidates must possess the following:

Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

An active, unrestricted license to practice as an LCSW in California.

Demonstrated clinical skills with experience in delivering mental health services.

Strong organizational abilities, ensuring that your calendar and client appointments are meticulously managed for optimal service delivery.

Proficient in documenting session notes and treatment progress efficiently post-session.
While not mandatory, the ideal candidate may have additional experience in:

Working in telehealth settings, allowing for a smoother transition and familiarity with virtual client engagement tools.

Employing various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based approaches.
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
