In this strategic role, you will collaborate with top-tier organizations to lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimization of Adobe cross platform solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in marketing business process optimization, the suite of Adobe personalization platforms, and key integrations, combined with strong leadership, sales, and strategic thinking capabilities. You will be responsible for Adobe related processes, solutions, and projects, with accountability for revenue growth, solution quality, and risk management while navigating operational and organizational dynamics. You will:Lead the end-to-end lifecycle, from shaping and winning pursuits to delivering high-impact outcomes.Actively manage pipeline, lead strategic pursuits, and position differentiated solutions that incorporate AI and emerging capabilities to drive client value.Define, design, and implement scalable Adobe solutions to support marketing requirements.Leverage leading practice methods and techniques to define Adobe solutions.Design and manage integrations between Adobe’s platform suite and other platforms.Utilize APIs and automation tools to streamline processes and enhance user experience.Establish overall standards for Adobe configuration and implementation.Define and refine our estimating framework for cross platform Adobe projects.Provide thought leadership on leading capabilities and how to leverage AI as part of an implementation.Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional value creation and driving new business initiatives.Lead cross-functional teams and oversee the seamless execution of marketing transformation initiatives.Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation.Stay ahead of emerging trends in digital marketing, customer experience, marketing technologies, and AI.Skills and attributes for successTo thrive in this role, you will need deep insight into transformation architecture through analysis and knowledge of best practices to solve complex problems, drive thought leadership, and foster innovation. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
