Licensed Insurance Agent (Greater Milwaukee)

Farmers Insurance is hiring for the Protégé Program in the Greater Milwaukee Area. This is a paid mentorship position with a direct pathway to agency ownership, no capital requirement, and real earning potential from day one.

• Active P&C license strongly preferred, but candidates willing to obtain licensure will be considered

• Background in sales, insurance, financial services, or customer facing roles
• Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest in business ownership
• Strong communicator who builds trust and rapport naturally
• Self starter who takes initiative without needing to be managed

Requirements:

• Must be located in or willing to relocate to the Greater Milwaukee Area
• Must be willing to obtain P&C license if not already licensed
• Ability to pass a background check
• Life and Health license is a plus
