We need an experienced STE like you to lead technical teams and Agile releases.As an STE, you will drive execution and transformation across the organization by leveraging frameworks, including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, and Kanban, to make a mission impact and support the warfighter. You will act as a servant leader and primary coach for the solution train, facilitating and executing Planning Interval (PI) planning, managing program-level risks, resolving cross-team dependencies, and driving continuous flow.As an Agile Coach, you will drive the adoption of the Lean-Agile mindset through Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile lifecycle management tools while mentoring team members, product managers, product owners, release train engineers (RTE), and Scrum Masters. You’ll help to bring standard methodologies into the organization and partner closely with senior leadership to establish Lean-Agile routines and practices that transform the organization to run Agile at scale, integration and continuous development, DevSecOps, and delivery automation.The Agile Coach and RTE will drive discussions with executive leads, team leads, and management while keeping the collective solution train focused and tracking on PI commitments, pace, continuous improvement, and quality.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
