Yard Coordinator

Trillium Drivers is seeking a dependable and organized Yard Coordinator in Groveport, OH! This position is responsible for coordinating yard operations, monitoring trailer and equipment movement, and helping ensure the yard runs safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates well with drivers and team members, and can work in a fast-paced transportation or logistics environment. Job Responsibilities Coordinate the movement and placement of trailers and equipment throughout the yard. Communicate with drivers, dispatch, and warehouse personnel to coordinate yard activity. Monitor trailer locations and maintain accurate yard records. Help ensure trailers are properly staged and available for loading, unloading, and transportation. Perform yard checks and verify equipment locations as needed. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient yard. Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or discrepancies to management. Assist with daily yard operations and other related duties as assigned. Compensation and Schedule Pay: $23.00 per hour. Shift options: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. Schedule options: Sunday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Saturday. Sign-On Bonus available! Qualifications Previous experience in transportation, logistics, warehouse operations, or yard coordination is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
