We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who leads from the floor, supports the team, and helps run strong, organized shifts without needing to be told what to do next.

You're the right hand to the GM and a key leader for the team someone who jumps in, keeps things moving, and helps create a consistent, high-quality experience for both guests and team members. This is a high-volume store, so you'll get plenty of reps, real leadership experience, and a clear path to grow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Run strong, organized shifts across FOH + BOH
• Jump in where needed : line, expo, floor, or problem-solving
• Support scheduling, staffing, and daily operations
• Coach team members in real time
• Train and onboard new hires
• Maintain service, food quality, and cleanliness standards
• Handle guest concerns with confidence
• Support performance and accountability with the GM
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost awareness

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of restaurant leadership or shift management experience; high-volume preferred
• Comfortable leading a team while working alongside them
• Strong communicator who can coach and direct effectively
• Able to stay organized and focused in a fast-paced environment
• Takes initiative and ownership of the shift
• Open to nights, weekends, and holidays
• Food Handler's Card / WA State Food Worker Card (or ability to obtain quickly)
• MAST permit required prior to first day, if applicable

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, high-energy restaurant setting
• On your feet most of the shift
• Occasional lifting up to 40-50 lbs
• Exposure to kitchen heat, noise, and busy service periods
• Non-slip shoes required
