Requirements We hire for character and commitment, not cleaning experience.

Reliable, consistent, and detail‑oriented

Your own working vehicle and a valid driver’s license

Able to lift 20 lbs. and clean 1–3 homes daily (part‑time shifts available)

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to be fully present during your shift

Responsibilities Even in a part‑time role, you’ll play a big part in delivering the quality and care our clients trust us for.

Clean residential homes within established routes

Build relationships with regular weekly, bi‑weekly, or monthly clients

Follow our proven cleaning system for consistency and great results

Maintain a high customer happiness score by never doing just enough
