Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice - $70K-85K per year

Position Overview Specialty: Hospice Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing Hours: 40 per week; Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Staff Location: Boynton, Pennsylvania (supporting patients in Greenville, PA and surrounding areas) Responsibilities Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. Support patients and families in hospice care settings as assigned. Maintain accurate and timely charting to meet critical deadlines. Self‑manage time, schedule, and drive to patient locations (~20% of the day). Qualifications RN license in the state of employment. Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing. Two years of RN experience, hospice experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to patient locations. Experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.
