About the Position

EmmUcare Home Health provides non-skilled, non-medical home care , which means you do not need to be a nurse, CNA, or experienced healthcare professional to get started.

We provide the training and support you need to confidently care for clients in Waymart PA and surrounding communities .

Client assignments are matched based on client needs, your availability, qualifications, location, and ability to travel.

What You May Help With

Responsibilities vary depending on each client's individualized care plan and may include:

• Personal care, hygiene, and dressing assistance
• Mobility and incontinence support
• Companionship and emotional support
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Errands and approved transportation
• Medication reminders

Qualifications

We're looking for caregivers who:

• Have a compassionate and professional approach to care
• Can follow an individualized care plan
• Are willing to complete required onboarding and training
• Can communicate effectively with clients and the care team
• Have transportation to client homes when required for an assignment

No prior home care experience is required — we provide training and support.

Onboarding Requirements

Caregivers must complete applicable employment and onboarding requirements, which may include:

• TB screening documentation
• EmmUcare competency training
• Required employment documentation
• Applicable background and eligibility requirements
