Client Advisor/ Stylist

Summary Client Advisor/Stylist responsible for creating personalized luxury experiences and building long-term client relationships in the boutique. The role focuses on proactive client engagement, delivering the Valentino Couture Service across the client journey, and styling clients across categories. The position also supports store operations, merchandising, and visual presentation to achieve sales and CRM targets. Responsibilities Create and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive outreach and accurate CRM records. Deliver Valentino Couture Service at every phase: preparation, welcome, presentation, closing and farewell. Engage and grow clientele, work to achieve sales, KPI and CRM targets, and implement personalized clienteling campaigns. Style clients across all categories, stay informed on trends, and prepare for client appointments. Assist with sales and after-sales activities including returns, repairs, and customer complaints. Maintain product presentation and replenishment on the sales floor; liaise with Visual team to follow display guidelines. Use POS to perform client transactions and perform operational tasks such as shipping/receiving when required. Requirements Previous luxury retail sales experience with a strong clientele focus and proven sales results. Exceptional clienteling, verbal and written communication skills. Proficient with retail POS systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
