As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and support site operations while reflecting Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, caring, team-oriented, and integrity-driven values.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed, and maintain awareness of truck traffic, deliveries, and visitor activity.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
