Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Lube Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform routine vehicle maintenance including lubrication, oil changes, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections while ensuring high standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform all lube, oil, filter, and multi-point inspection services on customer vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Assess additional vehicle needs and communicate them effectively to management and customers.
• Maintain high-quality work by adhering to company procedures and reporting any substandard parts or processes.
• Deliver excellent customer service with promptness and clear communication to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrate professionalism through positive attitude, excellent attendance, and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.

Job Requirements: Qualifications and Requirements

• Ability to work in a shop environment with exposure to noise, dust, odors, fumes, chemicals, and adhesives.
• Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds regularly.
• Physical activities include sitting, standing, bending, reaching, talking, hearing, and operating hand tools and controls.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching as needed.
• Good vision capabilities including close, distance, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Must operate equipment and move vehicles safely at all times.
