Pay Rate: $65 000-90 000

Our client, a respected and growing NYC-based law firm is looking for a Real Estate Litigation Paralegal with a strong foundation in landlord/tenant matters and real estate litigation. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic legal team and play a key role in keeping their busy practice running smoothly.

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in being the organizational backbone of the department.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage and oversee all NYSCEF filings with accuracy and timeliness
• Handle court document processing and retrieval
• Maintain legal records and coordinate with attorneys, courts, and administrative staff
• Assist with document management, trial prep, and day-to-day case support

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal in real estate litigation, including NYSCEF filing
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certification preferred
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat and document management systems
• Familiarity with MyCase software is a major plus
• A true team player with strong organizational and communication skills

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $65K – $90K+, commensurate with experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Paralegal in real estate law, with NYSCEF experience.

• Bachelor’s or Paralegal Certification preferred.
