We're seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers to join our team at Flatirons Flex Care. As a caregiver with our organization, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others while working in a supportive and respectful environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide companionship and conversation to uplift and support clients in their homes

• Assist with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene

• Prepare and assist with meal preparation and feeding

• Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties with attention to dignity and cleanliness

• Provide mobility support, including transfer assistance, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises

• Assist with medication reminders and ensure safety protocols are followed

• Accompany clients on errands and appointments, as needed

• Additional duties based on individualized care plans

What We Look For:

• 18 years of age or older

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Ability to drive or access to reliable transportation with valid insurance

• Prior experience is a plus, but a heart for care is a must

• Must provide 2 forms of ID and eligibility documentation

• Direct deposit enrollment required

• Bi-Lingual a Plus
