As the salaried General Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, managing the store team, and achieving business targets. This salaried position will manage a complex, high performance, high volume, location based on annual inside sales exceeding $900k. You will create a positive and productive work environment, while maintaining the store's visual appeal and upholding company standards.
