Job Title
Manage onboarding workflows, background checks, CORI processing, I-9/E-Verify compliance, and occupational health requirements. Coordinate with Recruiting, Compensation & Benefits, managers, and candidates throughout the onboarding lifecycle. Build and maintain onboarding trackers, dashboards, metrics, and audit reports. Drive process improvements to reduce time-to-start and improve onboarding efficiency. Support executive onboarding and orientation programs. Conduct compliance audits and ensure accurate employee records in Workday/payroll systems. Analyze onboarding data and provide insights for continuous improvement initiatives.
Bachelor's Degree required; 5+ years of experience in onboarding, recruiting coordination, HR operations, or high-volume talent operations. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ATS experience required; Workday experience preferred. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
