RPA Developer

Expertise in RPA tools such as OpenSpan, UI Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere. Hands‑on experience in at least two end‑to‑end RPA implementations. Key Responsibilities Interact with business/operation stakeholders to understand processes and finalize requirements. Design solutions and create detailed architecture. Solve technical issues independently, devise solutions, and move toward production implementation. Collaborate with offshore teams. Publish status reports and lead status meetings with stakeholders. Qualifications Strong technical expertise in RPA tools such as OpenSpan, UI Path, Blue Prism, etc. Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience; overall 3‑6 years in IT. Experience with end‑to‑end automations – development, testing, and deployment to production. Excellent communication skills and client‑facing experience.
