Job Responsibilities: Plan and coordinate activities for seniors that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Lead group activities such as arts and crafts, games, music, gardening, exercise classes etc. Provide one-on-one interactions with residents to encourage participation in activities. Assist in setting up and cleaning up activity spaces. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a positive experience for all. Qualifications: Previous experience working with seniors preferred. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules. Must be 21 with a clean driving record.
