Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control Collaborate with customers to explain the installation process and answer questions Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion Follow all safety procedures and company policies What We Are Looking For: Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and move heavy equipment Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus) Pre-Employment Requirements All employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
