Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching credential (or eligibility to obtain)
• Proven experience working with students with disabilities or diverse learning needs
• Strong skills in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Familiarity with current special education laws, instructional strategies, and behavioral interventions
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction in accordance with students’ IEP goals and accommodations
• Adapt curriculum and teaching methods to support varying learning needs
• Monitor and document student progress, preparing regular reports
