Splash and Dash Groomerie and Boutique is a full service salon that offers retail, grooming and membership based services. We happily provide a very unique and upscale experience for our customers.

The Front Desk Associate is essential to an organized and productive salon and is tasked with the responsibility of managing the customer on-boarding process and works with the Bathing and Grooming Departments in order to maximize the daily salon productivity.

The Front Desk Associate will know and follow all aspects of operations, standards and productivity levels in the bathing and grooming departments and willingly assists in these areas if needed.

Operations and Daily Duties:

1. Fully understands bathing and styling departments and responsibilities, and can complete and willingly assist in ALL areas and ALL of the duties to company standards for the following positions:

-Pet Bather

_Pet Stylist/Groomer

2. Answer phones, schedule appointments, check customers in/out, sell memberships and up-sell and recommend services to customers through value propositions.

3. Effectively and positively communicate with the Pet Owners, Bathers, Groomers and Shop Owner to achieve and maintain the salon at the highest of standards, productivity and safety.

4. Acts as an open line of communication to the customer in order to fully express any concerns or needs of our customers or pets.

Other Requirements:

- Ability to perform all tasks mentioned above

- Have 2+ years experience in a professional pet salon

- Be dependable, detail oriented and energetic

- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced and team oriented environment

- Must be able to navigate salon software
