This role is available primarily on-site at our Coshocton, Ohio office, with limited remote work exceptions for agents who meet specific performance and role requirements./ppPay:/pulliStarting at $17.00 per hour/liliWeekly competitive pay (direct deposit required)/li/ulpWhat Youll Do:/ppAs a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional service through multiple communication channels while representing ITM Marketing with professionalism and empathy./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliProvide knowledgeable and courteous customer support via telephone, email, and chat/liliAnswer customer inquiries, place orders, and resolve complaints using active listening and conversational skills/liliAssist customers in an empathetic, kind, and professional manner/liliNavigate multiple computer systems, databases, and screens efficiently/liliUse basic office equipment and technology, including soft phones and web-based tools/liliMaintain regular and predictable attendance/liliPerform other related duties as assigned/li/ulpSchedule:/pulliMust be available to work between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM for training. After training, must be available to work between 9:00AM and 9:00PM ET./liliTypical schedule for training is MondayFriday with a 30-minute lunch, however, after training, weekends and evenings may be required as well as holidays./liliSchedules are subject to change based on program needs/li/ulpTraining:/pulliPaid, comprehensive training is provided/liliTraining is conducted virtually through Microsoft Teams with an instructor/liliSuccessful completion of training is required to continue employment.
