Industrial Maintenance Technician (Direct Hire)

Location: Aurora, CO

Pay: $35.50/hour

Schedule: 24/7 operation with rotating days, nights, weekends, and holidays

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
• Support new equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements
• Respond to real-time production issues and help maintain uptime in a 24/7 environment
• Partner with teammates to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Experience working with conveyors, robotics, or automated production systems
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting capabilities
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with CMMS platforms
• Working knowledge of controls systems and industrial safety standards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $58760.00 - $68432.00/yr.
