Key Responsibilities of the Travel OR Registered Nurse

• Conduct comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessment of patients
• Direct the establishment of a collaborative care plan based on assessment data
• Implement and evaluate the care plan based on patient goals and outcomes
• Complete all documentation according to established standards
• Assess patient readiness and implement individualized education plans
• Lead departmental initiatives and provide in-service opportunities
• Provide age-appropriate care according to organizational standards

Requirements of the Travel OR Registered Nurse

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN
• Current license by the Ohio State Board of Nursing
• At least 3 years of RN OR experience
• Travel experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Completion of ~70 Net Learning modules and ECG/Medication exam
