Direct Hire Search Leader / Full Desk Recruiter

Placers is seeking an experienced Direct Hire Search Leader / Full Desk Recruiter responsible for both business development and recruiting execution.

This individual will lead direct placement search initiatives, develop new customer relationships, and manage the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through placement.

This is a true “full desk” opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has a strong track record in staffing and direct placement recruiting.

Salary Range $60,000 - $80,000

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newark, DE
