Overview Mondovi Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant to join our team in Raritan. Supportive and collaborative team culture Opportunity to work with multiple teams and providers Growth and development opportunities Competitive pay and benefits Make a meaningful impact on patients every day Schedule (days/hours) Monday, Tuesday & Friday 8am-5pm; Wednesday 8am-2pm; Saturday 8am-2pm Responsibilities Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams Qualifications Meet all state specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain before start date) Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care Compensation $23-$28/hour About Us Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (PTO), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
